​AJs Art Studio CANCELLATION POLICY

• Fees and deposits are non-refundable. 
• A party deposit may transfer in full to another party within 3 months of cancellation. 
• New: Kids that have missed a paid for Krafty Kids class or Art Camp may request a Make-Up Session, and half the paid fee will transfer to another event to be used within 3 months of the cancellation.
• Cancellation fee for private sessions/ art lessons are noted in appointment booking information.
• Please contact AJ for Make-Up Session options if you believe your kiddo gets a make-up day.  AJ will check payment/ class records and get back to you asap.  
• AJ is not responsible for notifying you of time due.
• All 2021 credits expired August 11, 2022.

• Should AJ need to cancel an event for any reason, you will be notified immediately and given a full transfer of fees to a future event or a refund, your choice.
